This page explains what information rachelwavra.com collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: I only collect what you choose to send me, plus basic, anonymous traffic data so I can see how the site is used. I don't sell your information to anyone.

Who I am

What you send me

When you fill out the contact form or the home-value form, I receive what you type in, which can include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• A property address, if you're asking about selling
• Your message and the options you pick (like what you're interested in, or your selling timeline)

I use this to reply to you and to help with your real estate questions. That's it. I won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

The forms are delivered to my inbox through a service called Formspree, which processes the submission on my behalf.

What the site collects automatically

Like most websites, this one uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it: which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are located (city or region, not a street address), what kind of device they're using, and whether someone tapped a phone number or sent a form. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

This information is reported to me in aggregate. It doesn't tell me who you are. If you'd rather not be counted, you can use Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same either way.

Who else might see your information

• Silver Creek Real Estate Group, my brokerage, when that's needed to help with a transaction.
• Service providers that run parts of this site (website hosting, Formspree for forms, Google for analytics), only to provide those services.
• Anyone required by law, if I'm legally obligated to share it.

I don't sell or rent your personal information.

Other websites

This site links to and embeds content from other sites, including NC Living, Issuu, Instagram, and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and what they collect when you visit them is covered by their policies, not this one.

Keeping or deleting your information

I keep form messages as long as they're useful for helping you or for my business records. If you'd like me to delete what you've sent, or want to know what I have, email or call me and I'll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If I change how the site handles your information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
