Homes on the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau

Find a place worth coming back to.

From homes close to town and private club communities to lakefront retreats, long-range views, and a little more room to disappear, there are a lot of ways to own a piece of the Plateau.

Search what's currently available across Highlands, Cashiers, Scaly Mountain, Sapphire, Glenville, and Lake Toxaway below.

Looking for Something Else?

Your house may not be one of my listings.

My own listings are only a small piece of what's available on the Plateau. As a buyer's agent, I can help you explore properties listed throughout the market, whether they're represented by Silver Creek or another brokerage.

If you're still figuring out whether you want Highlands or Cashiers, lake or view, club or no club, that's completely fine, too.

You don't need to find the house before you call me.

Not Sure Where to Look?

Start with how you want to live here.

In Town

Dinner without planning your entire evening around the drive.

Private Club

Golf, pickleball, dining, community, and amenities close to home.

On the Lake

Docks, boats, summer afternoons, and considerably more houseguests.

Views & Acreage

A little farther out. A lot more room to breathe.

There are a few things I'd want to know.

The listing photos may show you the view. They probably won't tell you whether it's seasonal, how steep the driveway is, what the road is like, whether the house has reliable internet, what the neighboring property could become, or how easy it will be to take care of the place when you're 500 miles away.

That's where I come in. I help you look beyond the listing and understand what owning the property will actually be like.

How I Help Buyers →
The Plateau Is a Small Market With a Lot of Nuance.

A listing search can only tell you so much.

If something catches your eye, send it to me. I'll help you understand the property, the area, the pricing, and anything I think deserves a closer look. And if nothing catches your eye yet, that's useful information too. Sometimes we just haven't found it.
