Private Clubs of the Plateau

A lot of buyers come to the Plateau with a club already in mind. Just as many discover the right one only after seeing how the whole area fits together. Here's an overview of the private clubs across Highlands, Cashiers, Sapphire, Glenville, and Lake Toxaway — what each is known for, and roughly where it sits.

Membership structures, initiation fees, and dues change often enough that I don't publish them here — and honestly, the number on a website is rarely the number that matters once you're actually applying. If you want current details on any club below, including waitlists and what membership actually costs today, reach out directly and I'll get you accurate, current information.

Amenities at a Glance

What each club actually offers.

No dues or fees here — those change too often to publish responsibly. This is just a quick read on what's available at each club, so you can narrow down which ones are worth a closer look. Reach out for current membership costs and availability on any of these.
